In this presentation, we discuss a pipette tip position control method for cell nucleus injection. The pipette tip position is controlled by measuring the pipette tip position using image processing. In this study, we focused on the change of the image during insertion of a pipette into a cell, and conducted experiments to measure the microscopic images during insertion into the cell membrane and cell nucleus for various injection pipette tip geometry conditions. We show the feasibility of the method by constructing a system and conducting experiments.
