This paper discusses the decision making process of jet airliner pilots. In airline companies, making clear of experienced pilots' decision skills which were previously regarded to be only learned from experience is required. Recent studies such as Naturalistic Decision Making (NDM) have achieved some findings about experienced pilots' decisions. The authors conducted flight simulation experiments and examined the results to study how pilots make decision in actual flights co-operated by several airline pilots. In this paper, the tendency of decision making process of pilots according to their experiences is also examined, and the outcomes with some models of NDM that have been already studied are compared.
