Role of Pro-Patent System should be promote to industrial development and encouragement for inventor and is not clash our identity of culture. It is desirable use to resolution for patent disputation that have negotiation, cross-license, arbitration between patent owner and third party without infringement litigation with mammoth compensation for patent damage.
