Some venturers prefer keeping their market with their Brand to pprotecting their new enteerprises with intellectual properties. The preference is caused by the shortage or amaturity of Venture^Capitals. Those cases are frequent in Japaan, Korea and so on. We must take these method also in South-East Asian Countries.
