Abstract
In this study, we examined which tumor marker reflects the status of pTNM classification in ovarian epithelial cancers. Tumor markers assayed were CA125, CA602, CA546, CA19-9 and GAT. Out of these tumor markers, CA125, CA602 and CA546 were elevated according to the tumor progression represented by T of pTNM. Although the properties such as positive rates of CA125 and CA602 were almost identical, it was in CA602 that significant differences were recognized between N0 and N1 or between M0 and M1.
