This report describes a case of schwannoma that occurred simultaneously in the mandibular body and the lateral cervical region. The patient was a 48-year-old male who was referred for a thorough examination of cervical swelling. A CT scan revealed masses in the mandible and the neck. A biopsy of the mandibular mass was performed, and a diagnosis of schwannoma was made. The neck mass was deeper than the sternocleidomastoid muscle, and biopsy was not feasible. The mandibular and neck tumors were removed under general anesthesia. The pathological diagnosis revealed similar histopathological findings of the mandibular and cervical masses. No recurrence has been observed during one year of follow-up.
