The main purpose of this study is conserning with the local dishes whether the young genelation or international palate will be accepted as a new cuisine. Separating of this idea, the. study was taken up the "kaimochi " as a example of local dishes in Yamagata and we will aim to deduce some of the design proposal the new table setting which will contain the interior space for eating
