This research searches relation between the word and the image in the design creative process and the evaluation. Designer's creative activity will be able to be supported to design if it is understood what a designer is thinking about when an image is materialized. We tried to visualize poetry. Then, thinking of the production process was researched. We discovered three patterns of the simple change, the symbolic change, the metaphor change as a case of the visualization of the image. Furthermore, we discovered that there were no relations in "the image adaptation" and "the intention" .
