This morphological experiment to be applied to product design is for haviug each original form to develop its own function as a product. The feasible forms were made by revolving cut of foam polystyrene with NC heat-cutting machine , which was originally by introduced to College of Art. The experiments were done according to these following topics : (1) NC heat-cutting machine and the method of experiment. (2) Features of forms by cutting some twisted & spiral faces. (3) Examples of product design through the process study.
