Abustruct : The purpose of this research is finding the directivity of the interface that supports Inner Communication.The questionnaire using the Self-disclosure questionnaire as the method of research was carried out. Consequently, the following three points were found.Selfdisclosure can be grasped somewhat objective. Information machines and equipment, such as telephone and E-mail, perform Self-disclosure. Language information is indispensable.Therefore, I thought that support of Selfdisclosure was possible by building the interface put close to direct facing form centering on language.
