This study is aimed at building the concept of the universal design in development of a residential area, and the methodology of introduction.As the part, we take up U-city Moriya which Urban development corporation develops as the reserth field, and we are going to show Urban development corporation the state of the street which used the universal design as the base.In order to build the street which is easy and happy to use town mobility happily in the traffic system of the pedestrian priority in compact life area, it will inquire as the basic concept that amusement and activity are required, and from now on.
