In the site-building process, roles, goals, objectives, measures and evaluation are essential elements, and important to carrying out the PDCA cycle. Site improvements are implemented in consultation with relevant departments, and the roll-out strategy determined while considering the following: 1) Overall structure, 2) Points for each information layer, 3) Labeling, 4) Definition of screen area, 5) Menu notation definitions.
