Abstract
The current research was conducted in order to clarify the relationships between the user and the product by understanding characteristics of convergence to build a guideline to avoid errors in convergence, and based on that, to categorize types of the convergence. The convergence between products and products was conducted and successful and examples of failure were investigated and characteristics of them were understood. Based on results studied, we did grouping of products which had similar elements and examined the relationships between the users and the products. Based on these findings above, we could categorize product convergence into 4 types.
