Abstract
This study attempts to investigate the design factors of one game community website “Hero2 SocioHub” in Taiwan. We use six dimensions of E-Servqual questionnaire to investigate 25 game players who use the Hero2 SocioHub community website. Furthermore, we use Kano Model to classify the 23 factors of E-Servqual questionnaire. The result appears have no any factor belong to Attractive, One-dimensional and Reverse quality, 16 factors are Indifferent quality, 6 factors are Must-be quality and 1 factor cannot judgment.
