Abstract
Humans are born equally. Furthermore, Human Centered Design (HCD) is a series of activity processes that accurately grasp the user's characteristics and utilization conditions, provide products and services that are more effective and easy to use, and satisfied. Recently, I injured my foot. So this experience let me understand the feeling about behavioral disorder, because that I have a proposal of barrier-free information guide application development based on HCD to contribute to our health and welfare, including senior citizens, disabled people, children and others.
