Co-design project for a new activity for nursing work (2)

Abstract

We are researching on designing "a new activity for nursing work" at a hospital with nurses. When this project began, we recognized the problem of design was to redesign the information system terminal in the hospital to such a thing. And now, we have practiced a "workshop to expression on caring mind" with nurses. For better Co-design, this research focuses on 'design of Activity Program' and is exploring its method to become a signpost for the next practice. In this paper, we will look back and write down the unexpected and surprising event we encountered in this project. While looking for the recognition and change of us in that description, consider the characteristics of the 'design of the activity program' by dialogue with the situation.
