Abstract

This study addresses the challenge of transferring practical knowledge in short-term student organizations, focusing on a university festival committee. Conventional handover methods lack context and fail to engage successors. This research proposes a co-designed “ba” where senior and junior members reflect and create knowledge. By analyzing first-person “action diaries,” the study shows how contextualized narratives support reflection and internalization. The findings suggest that dialogic, experience-based processes enhance knowledge transfer and promote ownership among future members.
