In this paper, a consideration is given on a culture of package. A survey is held in Korea among university students about the recognition and image regarding the "Traditional Storage Containers" and "Modern Packages" which is made of plastic and mass-produced. As a result : (1)They do not have experienced the usage of "Traditional Storage Containers" in daily life, and it is not seen in common household. But, it is found that they have a consistent knowledge of the structure and formation of the container, the material used in it and the method of disposing it. (2)They know the garbage problem and environment pollution problem using the modern packages. Beside, it is found their attitude towards modern packages have changed from [disposal style] into [re-use style]. (3)They are aware of revaluation the importance and characteristic feature of "Traditional Storage Containers".
