As for introduction of TDM in snowfall cities, it is necessary to examine effect and the form of participation. This study is the sequel of the published thesis by authors.
In this study, firstly, the consciousness survey is carried out for well-informed persons. In result, it becomes clear that the snowfall decreases the level of Quality of Life (QOL). In addition, combination of TDM strategies which is enforced in the all seasons is examined by the use of Cluster Analysis. Thirdly, effect for introduction of TDM and participation intention is grasped.
