The present study aims to determine the creative strategies and pedagogical enhancement of science literacy in basic education in the Philippines. A total of 100 science teachers from Island of Panay, Philippines participated in the study by a written survey. As a result of the survey, most of the items were interpreted as Sometimes from the choices in creative, and Exaggeration and Negative Brainstorming were never used. In pedagogical enhancement, science teachers used the items described as Very Often. It showed no significant relationship between creative strategies and pedagogical enhancement. Science literacy depends on teachers' ability to teach the subject effectively as an instrument of learning.
