An imformation system contributes to the effects of increasing working efficiency of staff members and improve the quality of services provided. Many municipalities introduced helth, medical and walfare imformation system, and do not have evaluation methods of evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of imformation system. In this paper, we developed the evaluation method it the imformation system and examined it in one municipality field.
