We are a manufacturer of plain or non-printed web inspection systems for like papers, films, metal foils and others. We also manufacture printed web inspection systems by which the print quality on the above plain web is scanned. The cumulative number of systems delivered has reached the level of 2, 400 units. With this unparallel experience, we propose the integrated system for paper and pulp industries.
To be more specific, the print quality is more or less related with the raw material quality. Occasionally, the raw material contains various fatal defects to printing while it is being processed, like smears, streaks, black specs and paper dust. This creates a difficult situation for printing industries when make the quality assurance to their customers.
The inspection system for paper and pulp industries are required the capability of very high speed. Compared to printing and converting processes, the speed requirement of paper and pulp industries is substantially more. In order to achieve such very high speed inspection, the systems has to have FUTEC's QC In-line data process package, which controls the high speed spot detection unit, faint smear detection unit, and video image display unit. This FUTEC's QC In-line data process package, which stores vast defect data in data base format, can only offer feasible systems to paper and pulp industries where unimaginable stringent environment exists.
