Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to make clear the significance of the transformation of the co-operative housing U-court project that 20 years passed. The result are as follows: 1) Reform of dwelling unit tends to become open planning and the quality of space is improved by through residents refer to advanced cases in the neighborhood. 2) An important for the improvement of common space corresponds to aging is a dialogue place and experience. 3) Child-nurturing environment for which parents generation was hoping and planning is succeeded to at the second generation and they bring up the thought of living environment.
