Abstract

In the metropolitan suburban areas, there are many non urban-infrastructure districts where have narrow lanes and are mixed in build environments and agriculture land. It is difficult to develop these areas as while area project such as land readjustment action. So, this study try to research and propose for improve these areas by improving small area units and to widen narrow lanes in the enclosure unit spaces of streets, referring to Design Guidelines for residential areas in UK.
