In these days, Aged 40y-50y houses are destroyed by any reasons, though many people have much concern about them than before. But there are no actual programs or systems in Japan now. These studies suppose the boundary of“Inheritance of Heritage housings”on the periphery of hard “Conservation of Architectures”. And studies go through about the requirements and actual programs for this issue. Also studies about the concept and significance of“Heritage Housings”from various perspectives.
