Over 90% of the subarachnoid hemorrhage is caused by the rupture of a cerebral aneurysm. The cerebral aneurysm generates at some specific areas and whose generating rate depends on our age and sex. The medical statistics indicates that the shape of the cerebral arteries are different by sex and vary with our age. In this paper, we conducted three dimensional numerical simulation to investigate the effects of the shape of the artery on the flow in the artery. The computational mesh in this paper is generated using the medical imaging data obtained by the computed tomography. And the pulsatile inlet boundary condition is modeled from the velocity data obtained by the ultrasound recording. As a result, variation of the flow field and wall shear stress distribution depending on the shape of the artery are presented. Further, CG animation is made to visualize the result and transient behavior of the flow field in well shown.
