Trial outline for Deurbanization and Innovation based on open urban design utilizing new energy and 5G ICT through Green City Fund

Abstract

Facing Covid-19 pandemic, the creation and implementation of new norms of living, working and economic activities are sought through the world. Based on the proposal of “Liberation from the closed Box” by Mr Kengo Kuma, the new paradigm for the 21st century that combines new norms of urban design and use of natural energy and 5G ICT is outlined. And we show, briefly, a procedure for urban redesign, regional revitalization, and new business creation through multiple functions of Green City Fund.
