Abstract

The urban blockade caused by the pandemic shows the image of the world where the risk of everyday/emergency fluctuations becomes normal as the “new normal” of nature and human beings in The Anthropocene. The historical and cultural transformation of urban disaster prevention and prevention comes from the emergence of defense against the dynamic forces of nature.

In this paper, in order to capture the state of the city in The Anthropocene from various aspects of disasters, ①Types of urban disasters and risk portfolios. ②Monoculture as a disaster factor. ③Power matrix of city and nature. Was discussed.

Finally, we have found that cities that have been established based on “wealth extracted/mined” from nature have a tendency to reverse their roles to those that regenerate the power of nature in the wake of disasters. With the above, we propose an urban culture in which social survival and continuity in “With Colona” change from a primitive dimension to a recursive dimension.
