A-82 year old woman with liver cirrhosis type C (Child A) was treated with asunaprevir/daclatasvir. At 6 weeks of the treatment she suddenly suffered from severe fatigue and anorexia (Grade 3). Her body weight was reduced from 50.1 to 40.2 kg. The treatment was discontinud. After that wide spread herpes zoster from left upper and lower abdomen to buttochs appeard. The herpes zoster was treated with famciclovir and aciclovir ointment. It took about 2 months to recover from herpes zoster. HCV-RNA was continuously negative since then and finally she achiteved SVR 24. The reason why wide spread herpes zoster appeared in this patient seamed to be immunodeficiency due to, severe weight loss, old age and leukopenia.
