口腔癌に対する Bleomycin の臨床応用経験

We described the clinical evaluation of Bleomycin by using 21 patients for the treatment of oral cancer, etc, from May '68 to Feb. '69. Twelve cases were admitted to be effective out of all cases. But in 15 cases that we prescribed Bleomycin individually, we obtained 4 excellent, 6 moderate and none effect in 5 cases. So, 66.7% were accepted to be effective. we observed side effect of Bleomycin ; an attack of fever, fallen hair, stomatitis, and coloring or sclerosis of the skin, etc. But we had no cases of serious side effect, such as leukopenia, pneumonic symptom, and so on.
