Intubation guided by laryngofiberscope was successfully introduced for the patient whose mouth opening was extremely limited. Its technique and practical procedure are described in the present report. It was concluded that this method would have the advantages of being more atraumatic, safer and easier than other blind nasal intubations or tracheostomy.
