ldentification of C_1 depsides including their phenol carboxylic acids and their esters by using three dimensional high performance liquid chromatography

Abstract

The data of Rt (retention time) and its UV spectrum of C_1 depsides (including their phenol carboxylic acids and their esters) were obtained by using three dimensional high performance liquid chromatography. By using these data, C_1 depsides as well as their monocyclic compounds (phenol carboxylic acids and their esters) can be identified with a few exceptions. However, if used with the data of Rf values of TLC, C_1 depsides and their related monocyclic compounds can be identified by three dimensionsnal high performance liquid chromatography.
