For the diffusion of dye solution from a continuous point source in the grid-generated water turbulence, the similarity law and the properties of the similar solution for the fluctuating concentration field have been examined, and similar solutions were compared with the experimental results given in the previous paper. It was found that the similarity law and the similar solutions expressed quite well the actual fluctuating concentration field. The budgets of the concentration fluctuation intensity are investigated in the two different cases i. e. in cases with double-peaks and without ones appearing in a full section of the fluctuation intensity distribution. And the differences of the turbulent diffusion processes between two above cases are clarified. Further more, an analysis of the fluctuating concentration field is given by using a random rectangular wave model.
