A effect of high volatility droplets addition to the lean propane-air mixture on a burning velocity, using a inverted cone burner, has been investigated. The used droplets are methanol-water, ethanol-water and soap bubble encloses propane-air, hydrogen-air mixture. With these fuels, it is possible 1) to change the heat of combustion and latent heat of fuel droplets without a significant change of droplet diameter, 2) to change the fuel vapour quantity around the droplet, and 3) to produce any concentration of gas cloud in the case of soap bubble. The results are followings, 1) The effect of droplets on the increase of burning velocity is higher with the increase of heat of combustion and decrease of latent heat of droplet. 2) burning velocity is increased with high combustion velocity of gas in the sop bubble even if the latent heat is greater than that of combustion. 3) The addition of droplets would increase a area of reacting zone of combustion.
