Nursery box application of carpropamid 4%GR (WIN ®) at 50-100g/ box firmly reduced secondary infection of Pyricularia grisea in the greenhouse. Moreover, the nursery box application of the granule at 50g / box suppressed spore release from rice leaves in the paddy field as well as in the greenhouse. The results suggest that nursery box application of the carpropamid granule at 50g / box stably inhibit secondary infection of rice blast fungus in the paddy field.
