抄録
Two types of LCD are used for large-size TV application: VA mode and IPS mode. The LCDs types require the compensation films to perform highly accurate optical compensation. Thus it is essential to control three-dimensional refractive indices on demand. Another LCDs requirement is to further develop the optical compensation technology for the control of wavelength dependency of birefringence.
