Abstract
A rare case of tibialis spstic varus foot associated with calcaneonavicular coalition is reported. Pain and spasm of the tibial muscles were relieved by conservative treatment. Subchondral fracture of calcaneo-navicular bar was suggested as the cause of tibialis spastic varus foot.
