The male genitalia of Parnassius glacialis, P. hoenei and their natural hybrids in the sympatric habitat were compared. Natural hybrids were judged from the colouration of abdominal hairs. The male genitalia of each species in the sympatric habitat were nearly the same as those in the allopatric habitats. Most of natural hybrids had the genitalia of intermediate feature.
