In the previous paper, entitled “A New Ion Optical Investigation of Electric and Magnetic Crossed Fields I”, the 1st order ion optical properties of the new crossed field were examined, assumming a new type of an electric field in which the converging field component and the dipole field component can vary independently. To realize such a new type of an electric field, a system consisting of concentric multi electrodes and resistance film on a pair of parallel plates was examined in this paper.
