Abstract

Hosokawa Alpine AG created in 2017 the service brand BLUESERV out of the long existing service division to show that the aftersales service is an important part of the company. A good aftersales service is the key factor for customer satisfaction and long-term good relationship.

Currently BLUSERV has in Augsburg 26 employees in sales and support and a further 11 field technicians for maintenance and repair of the system worldwide. With additional BLUESERV service bases and own service technicians in France, Spain, Poland, Russia and our certified service partners in the MENA region and South East Asia, we are close to our customers.
