Integrated reports, while familiar to institutional investors, are not widely known. They include both financial and non-financial information, such as corporate governance and social initiatives. Originating from a focus on corporate social responsibility by overseas investors, these reports have gained traction globally. In Japan, spurred by initiatives like the Corporate Governance Code and ESG investment trends, more companies are producing integrated reports. Last year, our company embraced this trend by determining materiality, calculating CO2 emissions, and aligning with the TCFD guidelines. We have since produced an integrated report covering our company and two domestic subsidiaries, showcasing our commitment to transparency and sustainability.
