地域ケアにおける意志決定支援について考える―看護師へのインタービューを手がかりに―

In this paper, we outline the medical plan and the comprehensive inclusive care system which the government is currently promoting. Along with the expected increase in the number of home care recipients, we discussed issues concerning nursing and decision support in regional medicine, using the content of interviews conducted so far to clarify the problem.

I mentioned the following from the interview survey results. (a) The information does not reach the user as a problem of home care. (b) There are variations in quality with respect to duties by care managers. (c) There is something the patient and family need to decide upon seeking at home care. (d) By the involvement of visiting nurses, family grief care is possible. (e) In case of refusing care in patients with dementia, it is necessary to patronize strongly so that the visiting nurse can be seen to be a friend of the patient.

Finally, I mentioned whether the regional medical plan being developed is based on Japanese view of life and death.
