地域政策に於ける遠隔医療への展望

The clinics and hospitals using telemedicine are gradually increasing. Patients expect the spread of telemedicine. However, there are few studies about telemedicine in regional healthcare policy making. In this article, we try to make the view of the policy making with telemedicine. There are some important movements in the local health policy such as the regrouping hospitals, the prevention of chronicle diseases, and others. Telemedicine can be a good tool of them. In order to accelerate the use of telemedicine, the supportive actions of local government are strongly required.
