Global warming preventive measures are becoming an important problem in various countries around the world. By this report, I clarified the regional characteristics of the CO₂ exhaust as an area in the Tokyo23-ku. The trend of global warming preventive measures was additionally understood. A regional difference was seen in the amount of the CO₂ exhaust per square kilometer in Tokyo 23-ku.The amount of the CO₂ exhaust per square kilometer was large in the center of the city and the circumference districts, hi these wards, measures of the pioneer such as the establishment of the global warming preventive measures regulations and the trial of the carbon offsets were seen.
