抄録
The present paper is a reviewal description of our studies on methyl vinyl ketones. The authors have investigated on the photosensitivity of the poly methyl vinyl ketones, and their industrial application to the graphic arts field. In this paper, preparations of mono and poly methyl vinyl ketones are described. It was found that the polymers and their copolymers have superior properties as photosensitive resists.
