Resco cream which contains 1% hydrocortisone acetate and 0.3% restamine hydrochloride was used for 24 cases of skin diseases and the cream was effective in 18 cases of them. The cream was very effective on acute inflammatory dermatoses such as eczema acutum, contact dermatitis and dried or scaly lesions, but it was not so effective on oozing or infiltrated lesions. The result of clinical trial was as follows: 8 of 11 cases with eczema acutum and a case of house-wives eczema were cured or improved. 3 of 5 cases with atopic dermatitis, a case of seborrheic dermatitis and a case of dermatitis faciei feminae recidivans were also improved. However, a case of autosensitization eczema became worse. All cases presented no side effects.
