新しい人工膝関節-2中心性はめこみ型人工膝関節 (2CRL型) について

抄録

This 2CRL knee prosthesis is a new type joint with two-centric, rotating and linked mechanism and belongs to hingeless type without a revolving spindle. We used the prosthesis in 5 joints of 4 cases clinically. This 2CRL joint characterize as follows; 1) this prosthesis is mechanically stable and decrease unnecessary stress during flexion and rotation, 2) preoperative range of motion of the knee joint is preserved after the operation, 3) as the resection of bone minimize, salvage procedure could be easy.
