総腓骨神経絞拒性神経炎の手術経験

抄録

An operated case of entrapment neuropathy of the common peroneal nerve is presented. In this case taut lateral tendinous portion of proximal part of the peroneus longus seemed to be the cause. Symptomatology, differential diagnosis and treatment of this disorder are discussed. The authors emphasized that this probably underrecognized disorder has to be differentiated from the condition that shows pain and sensory disturbance in the leg and foot.
