In intertrochanteric fracture of the femur, the operation by the Ender pin is wide spread. But this method has some complications.
Pain around the knee is the most significant problem and damages postoperative rehabilitation. The main cause of pain around the knee is distal slipping of the Ender pin. We report the study of distal slipping of the Ender pin.
