The purpose of this study is to analyze the usufullness of the reversed Anthonsen view in the subtalar instability.
As we cut the calcaneofibular ligament and the lateral talocalcaneal ligament, talar tilt angle and subtalar tilt angle were increased significantly. Hawever, as we cut the interosseous talocalcaneal ligament, only subtalar tilt angle was increased significantly.
So the reversed Anthonsen view could estimate the subtalar instability usefully.
